GRIC membership increases by 300 according to latest count

A recent enrollment count of Gila River Indian Community members shows that tribal membership increased by just over 300 members since Dec. 31, 2014.

 

According to Resolution GR-23-16, the Community’s official enrollment as of Dec. 31, 2015 is 21,814, an increase of 304 from the 21,511 counted the previous year.

 

Lt. Gov. Monica Antone signed the resolution certifying the membership count at the Feb. 3 regular Community Council meeting.

 

The official membership roll of the Community was gathered by the Enrollment Office located in the Governance Center in Sacaton.
