District Three (Sacaton):
Burglary – The victim called dispatch to report a burglary. Upon contact with the victim he stated he was away from his residence and his neighbors were messaging about clothes being strewn across his front yard. Upon returning home the victim noticed clothes in the yard. Upon entering the home the victim noticed personal items and electronics were also taken from the residence.
Status: Under Investigation
Weapon – While conducting a neighborhood patrol in the south housing area; gunshots were heard. Officers observed a vehicle leaving the area where the shots had just been heard. Officers were able to catch up to the vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop which the vehicle initially failed to yield. The vehicle was intercepted and three male subjects fled the scene. One male was located a short distance while he hide in bushes. The other two males are currently outstanding while the investigation continues.
Status: Suspect was arrested for interfering with law enforcement
Weapon– Officers responded to a residence for a report of loud music. As officers arrived on scene multiple subjects were observed rushing into the residence. While the officers were walking up to the residence they observed a rifle and sawed off shotgun sitting on the seat of the vehicle.

District Four (Stotonic Area):
Aggravated Assault – Officers responded to a domestic call at a residence. Upon arrival the victim stated she was having an argument with her boyfriend who was trying to take her vehicle. The victim stated she was grabbed by the throat and strangled during the course of the altercation. The suspect let go of the victim, punched her on the right side of her face and then fled the scene.
Status: Under Investigation
Theft– Victim stated that her vehicle was at the wellness center when a rack was stolen from the back of her Nissan. Video footage is being obtained to assist in identifying a suspect.

District Four (Lone Butte Area):
Theft (from vehicle) – Officers were dispatched to a location in reference to theft from a tractor trailer. Upon the officer’s arrival the victim stated he returned to his vehicle where he observed his driver side vent window to be broken. The victim initially thought someone collided with his side view mirror causing the glass to break. When he opened the door he observed his briefcase was open and his paperwork had been rifled through. He also observed money had been stolen from his briefcase as well. The truck next to his vehicle advised their dash cam was recording and would be able to obtain the footage from his company.

Theft (Shoplifting) – Two females entered a store located at the Phoenix Premium Outlets. Once inside the store they took two shirts from the store and exited without paying for the items.

Theft (Shoplifting) – Officers were dispatched to a store at the Phoenix Premium Outlet in reference to shoplifting. A female subject accompanied by two male subjects entered the store and the female picks up a shirt from the display. She then proceeds to place it in her handbag and the three subjects then walk out of the store, without paying for the merchandise. While exiting the store the security sensor was set off. The store supervisor followed the suspect into the parking lot and was able to get a description of the vehicle they left in. The Police Department is currently following up on leads.

Theft (Shoplifting) – Officers were dispatched to a store at the Phoenix Premium Outlet in reference to shoplifting. Contact was made with the supervisor who stated that as she was walking into work a store alarm was sounding. The store employee was able to detain a male subject and requested to look in his bag. A shirt from the store was located and a receipt was requested. The male stated he did not have a receipt for the item. The male’s information was taken down and given to officers. Contact was made with the male who did admit to taking the shirt without paying for it.
Status: Charges Forwarded to Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office
Theft– The reporting party stated a lap top, cell phone and wallet were taken from a back pack while they attended the Light Festival at Rawhide.
Status: Under investigation
Theft– The victim reported his cell phone taken while at the Phoenix Lights event at Rawhide. The victim stated that the last time he seen his phone was approximately 2130 hours and believed he was pick pocketed.
Status: Under Investigation
Theft– The victim reported that a subject entered his vehicle and took the registration and proof of insurance from the vehicle. No damages were observed or reported.

Theft – Officers were dispatched to Lone Butte Trading Post where the victim reported a theft out of her vehicle while at the Rawhide Music Festival the night prior. Contact was made with the victim who stated while she was going through her vehicle she noticed several items which were missing.
Status: Under Investigation
Theft– Officers were dispatched to a store within the Phoenix Premium Outlet in reference to a theft. Upon further investigation it was discovered and a subject had stolen a watch. Fingerprints were recovered and sent to AZ DPS for examination. The case is pending further information.

District Five (Casa Blanca):

District Six (Komatke):
Aggravated Assault – Officers were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic call. It was reported that the suspect “choked” the juvenile male victim. Upon contact with the suspect a knife was observed on her person and the suspect would not comply with commands. The victim stated the suspect grabbed them from behind similar to a choke hold and started to apply pressure, causing difficulty to breath. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into DRS.
Status: Suspect was arrested and booked into jail
Auto Theft– The victim reported his vehicle stolen while at the Vee Quiva Casino. Upon contact with the victim, he stated he came to the casino and when he was ready to leave he could not locate his vehicle. Video surveillance showed the victim’s vehicle leave after two subjects, which the victim did not know, entered the vehicle. The victim stated only his cell phone and other items of small value were in the vehicle.
Status: Under Investigation
Aggravated Assault –Officers responded to a location in reference to a weapons call. Investigation revealed the suspect forced entry into the residence by kicking open the front door. Upon entering the residence the suspect pointed a shotgun at the victim. The suspect attempted to locate another subject inside the residence, which allowed the victim to flee. During the process the victim heard the suspect actively fire off one round in an unknown direction. Further investigation revealed a total of three spent shell casings which were located on the property. The suspect fled the scene and Officers are continuing to follow up.

District One (Blackwater):
Aggravated Assault – Officers were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic call. Dispatch advised the suspect was fighting his girlfriend (the victim) and also broke the windshield of her vehicle. During the incident the suspect placed his hands around the victim’s neck and strangled her. The victim was transported to an area hospital and the suspect was booked into DRS.
Status: Suspect was arrested and booked into jail
District Two (Sacaton Flats):
Aggravated Assault – Two guys walked up to the victim’s residence and asked for him. The victim then exited the residence where he was then shot in the leg. The suspects then fled the scene. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the area of his knee.
Status: Under Investigation
District Three (Sacaton):
Aggravated Assault – The suspect was arrested for aggravated assault against the victim due to striking him with a metal broom stick. The strikes from the metal broom stick resulted in the victim receiving multiple welts on both of his forearms and a swollen bump on his forehead. The suspect admitted to striking the victim and was arrested and booked into DRS.
Status: Suspect was booked into jail
Theft– Contact was made with the victim, who wished to report theft of his personal items. The victim stated he had been staying at the residence for a week and had stored items in the rear of the house. When the victim parked his motorbike in the rear he observed his personal items to be missing.

District Four (Stotonic Area):
Aggravated Assault – The suspect committed aggravated assault by threatening the victim with a knife and placing his left hand around her neck. The suspect was located and booked into DRS after admitting to the altercation.
Status: Suspect Apkaw was arrested and booked into jail
District Four (Lone Butte Area):
Theft (Shoplifting) – Officers were dispatched to a store in the Phoenix Premium Outlets reference to a shoplifting. Contact was made with a store employee who stated that a male subject entered the store and took a blue backpack along with a bottle of cologne. The suspect then walked out the front door without paying for the merchandise. Security followed the suspect into the desert area south of the mall where they lost visual of the suspect. The backpack was located during a check of the area when the suspect dropped it while running through the desert.

Theft (Shoplifting) – Two females were caught shoplifting at a store in the Phoenix Premium Outlets. The suspects were detained and held in the back of the store with security and the store manager until the Police Department arrived.
Status: Suspects were cited and released into a Maricopa County Court
Theft (Shoplifting) – Officers were dispatched to a store at the Phoenix Premium Outlet in reference to a shoplifting. Contact was made with a floor supervisor, who stated that the suspect entered the store and concealed clothing on their person without paying for the items. When the suspect exited the store he activated the stores anti theft alarm. The suspect was identified by store employees and was then contacted by Police.
Status: Suspect was cited and released
Theft– Officers were dispatched to the Lone Butte Casino in reference to a stolen cell phone. The victim left the cell phone on the gaming floor. The cell phone was picked up by casino staff and being turned into security as lost property. A female suspect walked up to the casino staff and advised them it was their cell phone and took possession of it. Video surveillance captured the whole incident and the suspect was identified.

Theft– A female subject was in a store at the Phoenix Premium Outlets when she grabbed merchandise and fled from the store. She ran into the parking lot and was then lost.

Theft– Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth reported an employee was involved in thefts which was occurring at the store. The suspect was dealing in both merchandise and transactions. The suspect was booked into 4th Avenue jail.
Status: Suspect was arrested and booked into jail
Theft – Officers were dispatched to the Wildhorse Pass Casino Valet where the victims wanted to report items taken from their vehicle. The investigation revealed a male subject entered their vehicle while it was unattended and then left the area on foot. The victim noted several personal items which were taken from the vehicle along with some cash.

District Five (Casa Blanca):
Aggravated Assault – The victim reported that a suspect committed aggravated assault by pointing a black handgun at the victim, while in a moving vehicle. The suspect was not located and the victim was uninjured.
Status: Under Investigation
Aggravated Assault – The victim stated that the suspect ran up to him and hit him with the crowbar two times. The victim was transferred to a local hospital for further evaluation. The suspect was located, arrested and booked into DRS.
Status: Suspect was arrested and booked into jail
Theft (Shoplifting) – Two male suspects walked out of the Casa Blanca Market with items that they did not pay for. When confronted by officers, the two males ran away in an attempt to evade apprehension. One of the suspects assaulted an officer causing injury to the officer. The second suspect provided a false name when asked by officers. Both suspects were booked into DRS for warrants, shoplifting and assault.
Status: Dominic French and Jamal Burns were booked into jail
Theft– Officers were dispatched to the location in reference to a theft of money. Upon further investigation it was discovered a younger sibling witnessed the suspect take the money from his mother’s drawer. The suspect was located near his residence and placed under arrest.
Status: Juvenile male was booked into JDRS
District Six – (Komatke)
Aggravated Assault – Officers were dispatched to a local hospital in reference to an assault that occurred on GRIC. Contact was made with the victim who stated he was walking on a trail located in District 6. The victim was then confronted by three individuals, who assaulted him with a metal pipe and kicked him while on the ground. The victim suffered a laceration and other minor injuries.

Theft – A suspect committed theft from a motor vehicle by entering the victim’s Ford Explorer and stole two cellular phones while also damaging the ignition switch to the vehicle.
