District One- (Blackwater)

Aggravated Assault –  The suspect allegedly removed a concealed handgun from within the waistline in an intimidating manner after being involved in a verbal argument with a family member. The suspect nor the victim was contacted during the incident; other family members called police to report the incident. A follow up will be conducted to locate both the suspect and victim.

Status: Open Investigation

 

 

District Two – (Sacaton Flats) 

No Incidents Involving Part 1 Crime

 

 

District Three- (Sacaton)

Theft -  Officers were dispatched to a domestic in progress call; upon arrival officers met with the victim. The victim was assaulted showing discoloration to the lower facial area and near the eye region. The victim stated during the assault the suspect bit the victim over jealousy of a friend that came to the residence. The suspect took items belonging to the victim including BOSE portable speakers.  The suspect was gone prior to officer arrival; photos were taken of the victim, whom, refused medical treatment or to be transported. 

Status: Charges forwarded to law office

 

 

District Four- 

Stotonic Area – 

Shoplifting –  Contact was made with the store manager, who reported a male subject entering the store and grabbed a stack of hats before running out the door. The male that took the hats was not identified; the driver of the vehicle the suspect was identified and a follow up will be conducted to assist in identifying the male suspect.

Lone Butte Area 

Theft – Officers were dispatched to the casino in reference to a theft.  Upon arrival, investigation revealed the victim asked a patron to watch his machine while he walked away for a moment. At that time, an African American Male (unidentified) walks up to the machine, cashes out the ticket, proceeds to cash the ticket and takes the money. The suspect is then observed leaving the premises in a cab. No charges are being forwarded due to no suspect has been identified.

Theft  (Shoplifting) – Officers were dispatched to Phoenix Premium Outlet Ralph Lauren Store where the manager reported two unidentified males came into the store and take approximately 33 shirts from a display at the store. Video surveillance was observed and will review the tape to assist in attempting to identify the subjects. Nothing further

Theft (Shoplifting)  – Officers were dispatched to the Phoenix Premium Outlet Tommy Hilfiger Store in reference to shoplifting. Contact was made with store employee who stated three young women came into the store and proceeded to shop. One female went into the dressing room with one item not accounted for; she was approached and denied taking the item. No item was found in her possession. The item would be later recovered in the dressing room under a seat with the sensor removed; the item would not be sold per store employee. The females were able to leave on their own accord.

Theft (Shoplifting) – Officers were dispatched to the Phoenix Premium Outlet Tommy Hilfiger Store in reference to shoplifting. Investigation revealed a Hispanic couple walked into the store and the male shoved a child’s dress into his front right side pocket after it was selected from where it was displayed. The couple past the point of sale with no intentions of purchasing the item; leaving the store in an unknown direction; the store does wish to press charges once suspects have been identified. Status: Open Investigation – pending suspect identification

 

Auto Theft – 190529-02761 While conducting a welfare check at the casino, a license plate was run through Gila River Dispatch and the vehicle was reported stolen out of Phoenix PD.  There was no damage done to the interior or exterior of the vehicle; the doors were locked and secured. Elite took possession of the vehicle and the registered owners (Fox Rent a Car) was advised where the vehicle would be taken to. The vehicle was taken out of NCIC as stolen. Nothing further

Theft –  Officers were dispatched to the Lone Butte Trade Center in reference to a shoplifting. Investigation revealed a male subject entered the store grabbing a small ice cream and a cookie. The male proceeds to the restroom where he exits moments later with none of the items. The reporting party stated the male was observed pan handling in the area; he was not located. 

Status: Closed-pending suspect identification

 

 

District Five- (Casa Blanca)

District Six – (Komatke)

Auto Theft –  Officers were dispatched to Vee Quiva in reference to an auto theft call. Contact was made with a male subject who stated his company vehicle was taken. The male subject did not know where he lost his keys he just walked out of the casino and into the parking lot to find the vehicle gone. Video surveillance reveals an unknown male was observed in the vehicle leaving the premises. A follow up will be conducted in order to assist in identifying the unknown driver. Status: Open Investigation-Still Outstanding

 

Auto Theft – Officers were dispatched by the victim stating the suspect took the vehicle without permission. While speaking to the victim, it was learned the vehicle was lent to a family member to use while their vehicle was in the process of being worked on/repaired. The family member had the vehicle keys but stated that the suspect took the vehicle while the family member was in the shower. Broken glass was found where the vehicle was and believed to be from a front quarter panel window of the truck. Charges are being forwarded to law office. Status: Charges forwarded

 

Theft – Officers were dispatched to the casino in reference to a stolen purse. Contact was made with the victim, she stated that an unknown female took her purse after she got up and left the area. Casino employees stated that the suspect did not use a players club card; therefore, could not be identified.  The victim did not wish to pursue charges due to not knowing the suspects identification. Status: Closed

 

Theft – Officers were dispatched to the casino in reference to a theft. Contact was made with the victim who stated that he left his keys on the front driver seat of the truck (windows rolled down) when asked why he stated, “they’re too heavy to carry in my pocket you know?” The victim reported multiple miscellaneous tools inside and in the truck that were missing, to include an air compressor. The victim became upset because he wanted the casino to replace his items; after security explained his items would not be replaced, the victim no longer wanted contact by security or police. Status: Closed

 

Theft – Officers were dispatched to the residence in reference to a theft. Investigation revealed that a Sony Playstation 4 was taken from the residence sometime during the late hours on June 2, 2019. The victim stated they did not know who took it but suspected a person that knew where it was and when to come to the residence. A person of interest was identified and a follow up will be conducted with the person at a later date and time. 

Status: Open Investigation- pending further information

 

Weapons – Officers responded to a residence where the reporting party handed over a spent shotgun shell the reporting party found southeast of the residence. Shots fired were reported earlier in the evening on 5/29/19 but officers were unsuccessful in locating anything relating to the call for service. The shell was impounded into evidence.

District Three- (Sacaton)

Theft (Shoplifting) – Officers were dispatched to the 76 Gas Station in reference to a shoplifting involving three juvenile males. Review of video surveillance shows three juvenile males enter the store and proceed to take three bags of Takis Fuego, three king size Snickers, one monster energy drinks, a PA Mtn Blast and a CT hot drink; the males then left the store with the merchandise they did not pay for, leaving in an unknown direction. The store manager or employees did not recognize or know the suspects. Status: Closed pending suspect identification

 

 

District Four- 

Stotonic Area – 

Theft – Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a theft of heavy machinery. Contact was made with a Department of Transportation employee, whom stated that CAT front end loader was parked on 6-6-19 at the end of shift. On 6-7-19 at the start of shift the employee observed the front end loader to be missing. A shoe impression was located and photographed, later being placed into evidence. A fuel cap and a flash light were also located and processed for latent prints. During the investigation GRIC DOT was pinging the GPS on the front loader; the loader was later recovered at Levee and Stotonic Rd off a canal bank.

Lone Butte Area 

Theft (Shoplifting) – Officers were dispatched to the Phoenix Premium Outlet Tommy Hilfiger Store in reference to shoplifting. An unidentified female grabbed several items and proceeded to the fitting rooms where she concealed another item underneath the garments on her arm.  After coming from the fitting room the female proceeds to walk around the store then left without paying. The store employee stated the suspect manipulated the security tag, the reason why the alarms did not sound. The store is wishing to pursue charges should the suspect be identified.

Theft – Officers were dispatched to the Lone Butte Casino in reference to theft. Investigation revealed the victim was approached by the suspect requesting money. The victim left her machine to get money for the suspect asking the suspect to watch her machine. The victim returns and the suspect was gone along with the money that was left on the machine. The suspect was located but the stolen ticket was not located. The suspect was transported to a nearby medical facility and would not be taken into custody due to medical issues. Charges have been forwarded to law office for review.

Theft – Officers were dispatched to a theft call at the Wild Horse Pass Casino. Contact was made with the victim who stated she parked in the parking lot and preceded into the casino; when she returned to her vehicle she noticed her vinyl top to her Ford Mustang was missing. At the time of making the report the victim did not have the serial number to the vinyl top. A police report was generated and her insurance company was notified. Status: Closed

 

 

District Five- (Casa Blanca)

Burglary – Officers were dispatched to a residence in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the reporting party who stated the residence has been vacant since February and when the residence was checked two motorcycles were taken along with a washer and dryer. Officers responded to the residence and photos were taken and later impounded into evidence. A window that was broken was boarded up by the service center. Charges are not being requested at this time.

Theft – Officers were dispatched to a residence in reference to a theft. Upon officer arrival the reporting party stated a handgun was taken from the home. The weapon was described as a semi automatic Smith and Wesson 40 caliber handgun. The victim signed a stolen affidavit and the weapon was entered into NCIC as stolen.

District Six – (Komatke)

Theft (from a vehicle) – Officers were dispatched to the Vee Quiva Casino in reference to theft. Contact was made with the victim who stated her vehicle window was not secure so items were kept in the trunk due to being able to lock the glove compartment to access the trunk. After gambling the victim left the casino and went to a friend’s residence. Where she discovered a tote bag with clothing items and a small black purse that contained cash to be gone; victim believes she forgot to lock the glove compartment and believes the suspect is a person friend or acquaintance. Video surveillance was reviewed and a copy will be impounded into evidence. Status: Open Investigation 

 

Burglary – Officers were dispatched to the residence in reference to the victim reporting theft of medication. Contact was made with the victim, who stated while she was sleeping someone entered her home and took five bottles of medication prescribed to the victim. Also taken, were important documents that were in the victims possession.  The victim believed the suspect(s) to be family members. The victim did not have any further information; no charges are being forwarded at the moment due to further investigation on suspect(s) Status: Open investigation

 

Theft – Officers were dispatched to Vee Quiva in reference to theft. Upon arrival officers made contact with the victim, whom stated that he was playing a slot machine when the suspect made contact with the victim holding small conversation. The victim asked the suspect to watch his machine while he went to the restroom. Upon returning the suspect and his money he left in the machine were gone. A phone number given to the victim by the suspect was called yielding with negative results. Casino video surveillance will be reviewed to assist in identifying the suspect.
