District Three (Sacaton):
Aggravated Assault – Officers were dispatched to a residence in reference to a subject with a gun. The investigation revealed the suspect had been told previously to stay away from the residence. The suspect and a family member were next door when they began to argue with the victim. The suspect was sprayed with mace after repeatedly being told to leave. The other individual with the suspect was also sprayed with mace after being told to leave the premises. The suspect then grabbed a backpack and removed what was perceived to be a small caliber handgun from the bag and threatened to shoot the residence and pointed it towards the victim. The two individuals were observed leaving the residence and the suspect was taken into custody and booked into jail.
Status: Suspect was arrested and booked into jail
District Four (Stotonic Area):

District Four (Lone Butte Area):
Shoplifting – Officers were dispatched to a store in the Phoenix Premium Outlet reference to a shoplifting. A store employees stated a male subject entered the store, walked around and picked up several clothing items and proceeded to the fitting room. After trying on the clothing only one of the items was returned to the employee. The suspect did the same thing a second time, taking clothing into the fitting room and only coming out with one item. The suspect proceeded to the register where they claimed to not have their wallet. As the suspect was leaving the store the alarms were set off at the door, the suspect left running southbound.

Theft: Officers responded to a farming facility in reference to criminal damage and a theft. Upon arrival the employees showed the officer three vehicles that had been damaged. One belonged to the company and the other two vehicles were employee vehicles. The windows on the vehicles had been shattered and one the vehicles had tools removed from it.

District Five (Casa Blanca):

District Six (Komatke):
Aggravated Assault – Officers were dispatched reference to a stabbing. Contact was made with the reporting party, who advised one male and two females arrived at the residence and fought with the victim. The three suspects left in a vehicle and the victim left on foot. The vehicle was stopped a short time later and the suspect was taken into custody. A crime scene was located with blood on the doorway, the wall along with the front porch. A witness stated a fight broke out and the suspect was observed swinging their arm around as if holding a knife or blade. Another victim arrived at the scene stated that there were also stabbed during the incident. The suspect was booked into DRS.
Status: Suspect was booked into jail
Aggravated Assault – The officer was dispatched to Komatke Clinic involving an assault. The victim stated while babysitting for a friend, the children’s mother arrived at the house and demanded the victim leave. A physical altercation took place and the suspect grabbed a kitchen knife that was on the television stand and began waving the knife towards the victim. The suspect left the residence and the victim was transported to a local hospital.

Theft– Officers were dispatched to a commercial structure in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the reporting party, an employee of the company. The employee stated the silent alarm was activated and upon his arrival to the site, a fence was damaged by cutting the chain that secured the area. During the investigation it was learned items had been taken from the fenced in area.
Status: Under Investigation
Theft– Officers were dispatched to the Vee Quiva Casino in reference to a theft of a money voucher. Contact was made with the suspect along with the victim. The victim stated the ticket belonging to him and his wife. The credits had been left in the machine while his wife stepped away. The suspect observed the ticket and cashed it out. When asked if the suspect knew that it was stealing, they advised yes. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into DRS.

District Seven (Maricopa):
Burglary – Officers were dispatched to a burglary call. Upon contact with the reporting party, it was stated that everything was set in place and nothing out of the ordinary was observed when leaving for work earlier in the day. Another family member had come home and observed the kitchen window was broken and items were thrown around. Contact was made with the victim, who stated jewelry was thrown around but the only item taken was a jar full of coins.

District One (Blackwater):
Burglary – Officers were dispatched to Blackwater Community School in reference to a burglary. Investigation revealed four juveniles entered the school, stole several items and caused damages to a video surveillance camera. One of the suspects was identified and later arrested at his residence.
Status: Juvenile suspect was arrested and booked into JDRS

District Four (Stotonic Area):
Aggravated Assault – Officers were dispatched to HuHuKam Memorial Hospital in regards to a patient that had been stabbed. The victim stated he walked from Chandler but when he got near the intersection of Hunt and Arizona he was approached by three individuals. The three suspects demanded the victim’s wallet and any valuable he had on his possession. The victim refused to hand over his possessions so the three suspects began to assault the victim. The suspect then fled the area in an unknown direction.

District Four (Lone Butte Area):
Auto Theft- A vehicle was stolen from an office area at the Lone Butte Industrial Park. Investigation revealed a key had broken in the ignition and the employees figured Fleet Services had picked it up. After checking on the status of the vehicle, it was determined the vehicle had been stolen. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.

District Five (Casa Blanca):
Burglary – Officers were dispatched in reference to a burglary. Investigation revealed the victim was away from the residence when the suspect entered by kicking in the front door. The suspect exited from the bedroom window and left the area after removing personal items from the house.

Theft – Officers were dispatched to a dirt lot near Casa Blanca Rd and SR 587. The victim stated while selling merchandise, two suspects arrived at her stand and purchased items. As they were leaving one of the male suspects grabbed other merchandise and threw it into the vehicle. The other male began to argue with the suspect about the stolen merchandise. The victim stated the males argued briefly before both leaving in the vehicle with the items.

District Six (Komatke):
Aggravated Assault – Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a subject with a weapon. While in route dispatch advised multiple subjects were fighting and one male may have been shot. During the course of the investigation it was discovered an individual had been struck by the random gunfire who was not involved with the incident.

Aggravated Assault – Officers were dispatched in regards to subjects fighting in the street. Two subjects were located in back of the residence and identified. The two stated while walking down the street a vehicle stopped and four subjects got out of the car and began to assault the victim. The suspect’s girlfriend ran and one of the subjects ran towards her. The victim grabbed the subject and turned to see the vehicle coming towards him. The victim attempted to move out of the way when his left leg was struck. The victim was transported to an area hospital for further medical treatment.

Theft– Officers were dispatched to the District Six Service Center in reference to criminal damage. Contact was made with a subject who was able to identify one of the four suspects’. The juvenile males had broken a vending machine and grabbed the candy. Photos were taken of the damages and impounded into evidence.

Theft – Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a copper wire theft. Contact was made with the contractor/reporting party, who stated the subjects forced open the rear door and cut some of the wire.

Theft – Officers were dispatched in reference to a theft. The reporting party reported that the electrical generator and building had been tampered with. Inside the generator the operating battery was removed along with inside wiring pulled out of place. Evidence was located on scene and is being processed.
