Download the Mail List Request Form at the link to the right (or below for mobile users):

Fill out the form and return it to the GRIN via e-mail to grin@gric.nsn.us or at our office located in the Governance Center at 525 West Gu-U-Ki Road, Sacaton, AZ.

A charge of $20 covers mailing costs for a 12-month period.

Cash and card are only accepted in-person at the Cashier’s Office in the Governance Center.
